At Uniduswallart, we take pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and durability of our designer acoustic wall panels. This page outlines our warranty coverage and provides guidance on how to care for your panels to ensure they look and perform their best for years to come.

We warrant that our acoustic wall panels are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and installation conditions, for a period of [X years] from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”).

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in the panel core, fabric, or finish
• Premature fading or discoloration under normal indoor lighting conditions (excluding direct, prolonged sunlight exposure)
• Structural defects such as delamination, warping, or panel separation not caused by external damage

This warranty does not apply to damage or issues arising from:

• Improper installation not carried out by our team or an authorized installer
• Normal wear and tear, including minor surface marks from routine use
• Damage caused by moisture, flooding, or exposure to conditions outside the panel’s intended use (e.g., direct water contact, high humidity beyond specified tolerances)
• Physical damage caused by accidents, misuse, impact, or unauthorized modification
• Exposure to fire, extreme heat, or direct sunlight beyond normal indoor conditions
• Color or texture variation between batches, which may occur due to the natural characteristics of materials used
• Products that have been resold, relocated, or reinstalled by parties other than Uniduswallart or an authorized installer

To keep your acoustic wall panels looking their best, we recommend the following care guidelines:

Regular Cleaning

• Dust panels gently using a soft, dry microfiber cloth or a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush attachment.
• Avoid using wet cloths, sprays, or liquid cleaning agents directly on the panel surface unless specifically approved by our team for your panel’s finish.

Avoid Moisture

• Keep panels away from direct water exposure, high-humidity environments, and areas prone to condensation.
• Do not install panels in bathrooms, near swimming pools, or in other high-moisture areas unless the specific product has been confirmed as suitable for such use.

Sunlight & Heat Exposure

• Prolonged direct sunlight may cause gradual fading of fabric or finish over time. Where possible, use blinds or curtains to limit direct sun exposure on installed panels.
• Keep panels away from direct contact with heat sources such as radiators, heaters, or open flames.

Handling & Impact

• Avoid leaning heavy objects, furniture, or fixtures against installed panels.
• Do not attempt to remove, reposition, or drill into panels without consulting our installation team, as this may void the warranty.

Stains & Spot Cleaning

• For minor surface stains, gently blot (do not rub) using a dry or slightly damp cloth. For persistent stains, please contact our team for specific guidance before attempting any home cleaning method, as improper cleaning can damage the panel fabric or finish.

To remain eligible for warranty coverage, panels must be installed by Uniduswallart’s team or an installer explicitly authorized by us, following the recommended installation guidelines provided at the time of purchase. Self-installation or installation by unauthorized third parties may void this warranty.

If you notice a defect covered under this warranty, please contact us within the Warranty Period with the following details:

• Your order/invoice reference number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the affected panel(s) and installation location

Our team will assess your claim and, where applicable, arrange for repair, replacement, or an appropriate resolution at our discretion. Please note that shipping, removal, and reinstallation costs may apply unless otherwise stated in your original purchase agreement.

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective panel(s) and does not extend to any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including costs related to installation, removal, or reinstallation, except as required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Warranty and Care policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
